The electronic retrieval of criminal records excerpts is a service of the Federal Office of Justice and is intended to facilitate the ordering of excerpts. Using this service is optional and involves no additional cost over the conventional way of ordering.
Compensation claims for damages resulting from the unavailability of the electronic service, the loss of data, and delays in transmission will not be recognized.
All information offered by the electronic service is protected by copyright. Reproduction or publication of any part of the contents of the service is forbidden without the express permission of the Federal Office of Justice and any designated third copyright holder.
