    • You can track your extract via tracking.
      Note: Have you sent the documents by post and the indicated delivery time has already passed? Otherwise, we kindly ask for your patience.

  • I have not received / have deleted the access link/code for the digital criminal record extract. What can I do?

    • You can check the status of your order under ‘Tracking'. As soon as the digital extract is available, a download link will be displayed there.

  • How long does it take to receive my criminal record extract?

    • Processing times are adjusted to the current volume of requests. Please refer to the processing time indicated on your order form, which you also received by email.

  • Is express processing available?

    • No. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service.

  • Can the documents also be sent by email?

    • No.
