I have not received / have deleted the access link/code for the digital criminal record extract. What can I do?
You can check the status of your order under ‘Tracking'. As soon as the digital extract is available, a download link will be displayed there.
How long does it take to receive my criminal record extract?
Processing times are adjusted to the current volume of requests. Please refer to the processing time indicated on your order form, which you also received by email.
Is express processing available?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service.
Can the documents also be sent by email?
No.
